Did you know the most dangerous fat of all is belly fat? Belly fat can lead to many diseases and even death. A smaller was it circumference can lead to happiness, less risk of cancer and type 2 diabetes, confidence, and a longer life! 

A couple of my secrets for a flat belly are: MCT oil, coconut oil, grass-fed butter, and hot water with lemon!

We have been lied to… breakfast is not the most important meal of the day! The key to losing belly fat is intermittent fasting. This means you stop eating at 8:00pm and then don’t eat again until 12:00pm or 1:00pm the next day.

In order to satiate your hunger and tap into stored body fat, you can have up to three cups of either hot water, coffee, or tea in the morning with one tablespoon of MCT oil, coconut oil, or grass-fed butter each. 

Leptin is the “master hormone” in your body that regulates body weight, hunger, burns calories and stored body fat, and elevates hunger. In order to reset your leptin levels everyday, you need to fast! 

When you do this, your body taps into the belly fat that is already there to burn and give you energy for the mooning. The coffee, tea etc. with MCT oil etc. are the only options that don’t ruin the fast.

Using this method, you are able to burn belly fat first, while maintaining a high level of energy to keep you going until lunch!
