Desk-Ercise with Just 2 Moves

A lot of you have been asking what really is Just 2 Moves. Today I will explain the basics and show you a simple 2 minute sample since you hear me talk about it every day.

One of the things I love about HIIT is that is can be done anytime, any place, including at your office. I’m going to show you how easy it is to do a quick 8 minute workout, in just two moves, by staying right at your desk. 

Researchers from the University of South Wales have found that Interval training releases an adrenaline-like hormone called catecholamines that triggers the release of belly fat. 

Today we are going to do arm circles and chest squeezes

These two moves will tone your arms and strengthen your chest all while sitting down. 

You should be doing this form of exercise five times a week, for 8 minutes in order to really tap into the stored body fat and guarantee losing up to two pounds of belly fat per week.
