Today I had the pleasure of working with Verky Arcos Baldanado from Latina Magazine! We have joined together on Latina Magazine to make February our month to take on Fitness Fridays together!
As you all know, soy Mexicano, and anything I can do to help my fellow latinos I jump at the opportunity!
Verky is a busy working mom and just recently moved to LA where she has found she is gaining weight because of how much we drive around here! She is coming from NYC where people do a lot of walking.
She told us today that she has not been to a gym since she was in high school.. and I’m sure a lot of us can relate.
I gave her an easy way to get her workout in any day and its called “Just 2 Moves”. It requires someone to find just 8 minutes in their day for themselves, it can be done anytime and anywhere.
Just 2 Moves is an interval training workout that utilizes quick bursts of dynamic and static movements to give you an efficient and effective belly fat burning workout.
