PART I: REDOING OUR NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS WITH RHENOTHA WHITAKER, WORKOUT EDITION!

Today I am in New York City and I had the pleasure of interviewing Ms. Rhenotha Whitaker. She is Dr.  Oz’s Lifestyle Correspondent and my dear friend. We discussed redoing our New Years Resolutions. 

Rhenotha wants to lose 50 pounds by July 25th, her birthday! She created a hashtag #row35 when she was 35 and realized she wants to and needs to get fit before her 40s. 

Step one to redoing our resolutions was explaining to her how easy it is to workout with my Just 2 Moves method. She is a very busy woman as most of us are, working, taking care of the kids, making time for ourselves.. as a correspondent for Dr. Oz, she understands busy more than anyone!

With my Just 2 Moves method, it only takes 8 minutes everyday and Rhenotha can agree that even she can find 8 minutes in her day to workout.
