#1 Clearly Know Your Goal
It is so important if you really want to follow through with reaching your goals, that you know what that goal is. You have to make sure it is attainable and that you can plan out how exactly you are going to make it happen. You can’t reach your goal if you don’t know what it is you want!
#2 Decide to Take an Immediate Action
Do not hesitate. Now that you know what your goal is you have to make the conscious decision and effort to make something happen. Each day do something that will help lead you to your ultimate goal.
#3 Measure Your Results Daily
It is important to see where you began so you can see how far you’ve come and how far you have left to go. It’s empowering to see that your hard work is paying off and you want to have documentation of that so on the days where you feel you haven’t made much progress, you can see you have.
#4 If it’s not Working, Change Your Method
If something hasn’t worked the first seven times, chances are, it’s not going to work the next seven times. Don’t settle for mediocre progress. Change things up and find something that works that will lead you to your goal.
