If you've ever wondered what workouts burn the most belly fat, look no further!
My Just 2 Moves workouts are my take on a HIIT method, that's high-intensity interval training. This kind of exercise is generally very hard on the body as we age, so my movements are designed to target that belly fat, while being gentle on our joints.
Just 2 Moves is a series of two movements each done for 1 minute. One movement is a higher intensity, dynamic movement, which is then followed by a lower intensity, static movement.
The best part is... you don't need any equipment, a gym, or even get on the floor!
