Most of my clients lose one to two pounds a week by fasting for 16 hours, eating in an eight-hour window, drinking Zero Hunger Water to turn off physical hunger, and building their meals around high-quality protein. That’s the foundation, and it works beautifully.

This is also a Cruise Control recipe and one of the most effective tools for “cheating the fast” without raising insulin.
Chia seeds are a true superfood. When soaked, they expand and “bloom,” forming a natural gel that fills you up, steadies energy, and keeps insulin extremely low. That’s why this cheat meal doesn’t count metabolically. It lets you eat while your body continues to burn fat.
Some clients enjoy this cheat meal every morning. Others use it to replace one of their high-protein meals during the eight-hour window when they want faster results. If you have more than 30–60 pounds to lose, or you simply want a short-term boost before an event, this is a powerful option.
Here’s the Fruity Chia Seed Cheat Meal using the items in the photo above:
Fruity Tropical Punch Chia Seed Cheat Meal (makes 2–4 servings)
• 1/2 cup Navitas organic chia seeds (Zero Hunger Approved)
• 1 1/2 cups hot water
• 1 can (14 oz) full-fat unsweetened coconut milk
• A few drops SweetLeaf Water Drops – Tropical Punch (Zero Hunger Approved)
Stir the chia seeds and hot water together and let them bloom. Add the coconut milk and SweetLeaf drops to taste. Stir well. Refrigerate at least one hour or overnight until thick and creamy.
This is satisfying, low-insulin, high-fiber, and delicious. You can use it anytime you want to stay in fat-burning mode—morning, afternoon, even twice in the same day if you choose. You’re in control.
